A small team, deliberately
We are seven people: three machine-learning engineers, two data engineers, a project lead, and a designer who makes dashboards people actually read. Keeping the team small means the person you talk to on Monday is the same person writing your model on Tuesday.
Our office sits at 9 Collins End in Mertz-under-Collier, but most client work happens remotely with fortnightly on-site reviews if you prefer face-to-face check-ins. We have worked with logistics firms, insurance brokers, e-commerce retailers, and two NHS-adjacent health-data projects.
Every engagement starts with a two-week discovery sprint. We look at your data, interview the people who use it, and produce a written feasibility report before any code is written. If the project does not make financial sense, we say so. About one in five enquiries ends at that stage, and we charge only for the discovery work completed.
